Most businesses have individual forms that are needed for day to day tasks and events that repeat. A simple set of branded forms will sometimes work but other times a whole group of forms will need to be developed or redesigned from existing documents. Jriangle Productions has developed, designed and created many different kind of group and company forms and documents. The majority are internal, private and can not be shared outside of those individual business.
Below is a slideshow, showing a few simple documents including forms, rosters and directories, a company branded email template and even a visual drug list for a person with a long list of daily drugs, who often found themselves needing medical attention. Doctors, medical staff, ER, hospital staff and even ambulance staff often commented on how they wished everyone had something like this list.
