Sometimes cellphone pictures look really good. Rarely does that work in real estate, especially when it comes to uploads and online postings. Ask any professional photographer “what is the hardest thing to photograph” and they will always tell you animals and real estate. Trying to get the lighting correct inside and out is challenging. As a busy realtor, you know how much time going on location, photographing, uploading, writing descriptions that fit each sites minimum/maximum character count, going to the next site, doing it all again can take. One of the main online sites make you upload each picture one-at-a-time!
You can now have everything done for you including a professional photoshoot of about 100 photos, selection of the best 32 and files uploaded* for one price including professional, optimized listing description and well as individual photo descriptions for one price!
Our Packages Include;
PHOTOGRAPHY
Your new listing will be photographed from every angle, inside and out. We usually take at least 100 photos of a house so we can choose the best 32 to work with. We even do a little staging when necessary to get the correct shot.
PHOTOSHOP©
The difference in pro shots and all other photos is how they are processed in Photoshop, and not the camera itself. To make your 2D photos look more like reality, we manipulating light, angle, perspective and many other adjustments, in each photo.
DESCRIPTIONS
The art of writing descriptions of each photo comes from years of experience in what works and what does not work. Many times it is not what you say but what you do not say, that gets your listing viewed and your clients home physically visited.
POSTING
Each listing will be posted for you (with your sign-on information) including the photos, the main description and descriptions of each photo. We often add a description of what is just out of frame, to create interest in visiting the location to see what can’t fit in 32 pics.
OPTIMIZATION
Each photo is optimized to not only look good on old-fashioned desk computer monitors, but to look good on cell phones. Way over one half of your clients are looking at listings on their phones, 100% of the time and that percentage has been climbing higher each month for several years.
OPTIONS
It is common to add a slideshow or even marketing material that is different from what HAR offers, so that your listing can stand out a special from all the others. Sometimes that is not needed. There are many options that can be added to the standard packages offered.
THE RANCH
$150 - The Ranch Package is based on your listing price of up to 125K. It includes a full photo shoot, light Photoshop of all selected 32 photos, full Photoshop of the main photo and 3 additional photos, optimized main description, 32 photo descriptions and uploaded to your HAR account for you.
THE TOWNHOUSE
$200 - The Townhouse Package is based on your listing price of 125K to 250K. It includes a full photo shoot, Photoshop optimization of all 32 photos, full Photoshop of main photo and 15 additional photos, optimized main description, 32 photo descriptions and uploaded to your HAR account for you.
THE VILLA
$250 - The Villa Package is based on your listing price of 250K and up. It includes a full photo shoot, full Photoshop of all 32 photos, optimized main description, 32 photo descriptions and posting to your HAR account for you. This is also used for lower priced but hard to sell houses.
