How does your website look. Does it look like most other realtors websites… like a Google image search result? You are not alone, by far! If you are trying to stand out from all of the other realtors in your area, even the ones in your own agency and company, then why are you using clip art and stock images? In the beginning it looked impressive, until you started to see what everyone else saw. The same thing over and over and over again, everywhere they looked online.
To really stand out and be a memorable individual, you really need to be original, all the way down to your website and social media graphics. To you it may look professional to use stock clip art, to everyone else who has looked at more than lets say, 2 or 3 other sites, it looks the same, same, same. Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! If you want to be viewed and professional, as well as stand out as a area specialist, you need to have media and collateral that says the same thing. Don’t be Jan. Be a Marsha! (If you do not know what I’m talking about, you are probably a little too young. Please Google <The Brady Bunch>. It was a popular TV show, back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The Marsha, Marsha, Marsha scene is stuck in the minds of several generations of americans, many of which are now Realtors).

It is time you had some images created just for your use. Show everyone right from the first glance at any of your collateral and media, that you truly are, someone who stands out from the pack of Jan clones.
